Educad Academy – Student Terms and Consent

Welcome to Educad Academy! These Terms and Conditions outline your rights and responsibilities as a student enrolled in any of our online or on-campus courses. By enrolling, you agree to comply with the policies detailed below:

  1. Enrollment and Participation
  • Enrollment in any course signifies your agreement to follow all rules, regulations, and the student code of conduct set forth by Educad Academy.
  • Regular attendance, active participation, timely submission of assignments, and engagement in assessments are mandatory for successful course completion and certification.
  1. Fees and Refund Policy
  • Course fees must be paid in full or according to a pre-approved installment plan before the start of the course.
  • Refunds are not offered under any circumstances. However, in the case of dissatisfaction, the Academy may consider changing the trainer, based on a formal review.
  • No refunds will be issued for absences, lack of participation, or voluntary withdrawal.
  1. Code of Conduct
  • All students are expected to behave respectfully toward trainers, fellow students, and staff.
  • Any form of plagiarism, cheating, harassment, abuse, or classroom disruption will result in disciplinary action, including immediate removal from the course without refund.
  • Students are strictly prohibited from sharing or requesting personal contact details, including phone numbers, with or from trainers. Any violation may result in termination without refund.
  1. Use of Course Materials
  • All course content, including but not limited to videos, notes, slides, and assignments, is the exclusive intellectual property of Educad Academy.
  • Materials are provided for personal educational use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent from the Academy.
  1. Digital Consent
  • Students consent to the use of their photos, recorded lectures, and class participation for academic documentation, internal training, marketing, and promotional purposes.
  • Students may opt out of this clause by submitting a written request before the course begins.
  1. Privacy and Data Protection
  • All personal information collected during enrollment will be treated as confidential and used solely for academic and administrative purposes.
  • Educad Academy does not share, sell, or disclose personal data to third parties without prior consent.
  1. Certification and Course Completion
  • Certificates of completion will be issued only to students who meet all requirements, including attendance, assignments, and payment of fees.
  • Educad Academy reserves the right to withhold certification in cases of misconduct, incomplete coursework, or non-payment.
  1. Changes to Terms
  • Educad Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Students will be notified in advance of any significant changes that may affect their rights or course participation.
  1. Consent Declaration

By signing this agreement or completing course registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions listed above, and that you will comply with all policies throughout your enrollment.

  1. Issue Reporting and Support
  • All concerns, complaints, or service-related issues must be reported directly to the Head Office via email at info@educad-academy.com.

  • The Academy will aim to respond to WhatsApp inquiries within 3 working hours.
  • Students must follow this protocol to ensure timely resolution of any issue.
